I was fully hesitant in taking this because I was afraid I would get addicted but I didn't and it is wonderful!
I take it maybe 3-4 times per month when needed and it will put me to rest and offer me a calm that I need. And within maybe 30 minutes I am asleep until the morning. I wont go without it! I recommend it to all that are struggling at times to get a good nights rest.
I was nervous to take this product because I didn't want to become addicted to something to sleep better.
But because I was desperate, I took it and I love it!! I do not take it daily but moreso a few times per week, when needed and it works wonderfully.
