Great product. I was able to see results within a few weeks. Only issue was bottle wasn't lasting a whole month and ran out while waiting on next shipment.
I'm 35 now & every time I hit the gym I always wake up the next day feeling the work I put in... However, after I started taking this product I realized that my recovery time has sped up & I'm much less sore than before. If you're not feeling it with the lower doses I suggest bumping it up & feeling the difference!
