It actually works!
In early 2000s or so I took the long already and was amazed that my results but not. I got out of fitness for many years and went back at age 75 so of course I had really stiff joints along with a little arthritis. I remembered how effective Theone had Ben And after doing some research I decided to try. As in a week, I was not feeling stiff and jumping up from chairs, etc. before I was sort of growing and making a huge effort to get up. I now do Crossfit five days a week at age 75 and I’m loving it. I don’t know if I could do it without electronics for one. My muscles rarely get stiff from a CrossFit workout, and as I said, my joints have lost their stiffness. I’m a believer.
