I suffer from insomnia & was skeptical to buy this product, but I thought why not after 9 days of not getting more than a hour of sleep each night, I was desperate. Each night that I've used this spray, I've gotten at least 4 hours & sometimes even 6 hours! I will definitely be buying more.
This is a case where less is more. If I use the dosage, I sleep deeply for 3 hours and awaken,
When I use, say 1/2 a spray it eases me off to sleep for 4-5 hours. I have tried many different productsl and this is my favorite.
It’s the best sleep aide. I get a much deeper, better, restful sleep than anything else. Don’t want to be without it !!
